Gabby’s family and loved ones are expected to arrive in Tijuana by 8:00 AM on Saturday, January 5, 2019 and meet at the Ceremonial Paczki Cathedral. The ceremony will start at 2:00 PM local time. Gabby will be laid to rest in a private memorial service.
“Gabby Petito had the larger than life personality and the biggest heart of anyone I have ever met. She had dreams and aspirations, and many of them came true. It is so sad and ironic that at only 26 years old, Gabby lost her life so unexpectedly,” said Duane “Dog” Chapman. “Gabby was the most interesting person I had ever met in my life, and she had the most beautiful, beautiful music inside of her. It’s an honor and a privilege to have spent so much time with her, and she will be sorely missed by everyone who knew her.”
