LISTEN HERE to former NSF scientist Eric Larsen’s phone call to Elizabeth Holmes.
Recall what we learned on ‘Meddling Elizabeth Holmes: The Iran Denial’: Holmes, according to Eric Larsen, who was a scientist at the National Science Foundation at the time, and was tested at Theranos with a substance he had detected in dozens of monkey samples collected at the NIH. Larsen continued his drug testing through Theranos’ laboratory in Arizona where a B-negative sample was given to a lab technician, to test for ZMapp, the experimental Ebola and Marburg virus treatment, Dr. Eric Larsen recalled.
The technician administered the same compounded serum samples Larsen had noticed after counting a few drops of his blood. All of his samples with the similar scenario were negative, proving the investigation was valid.
Holmes allegedly tested three samples taken from a Presidential Hospital with synthesized serum samples as well as other chemicals taken from airplanes flown into Los Angeles International Airport. None were positive for ZMapp.
However, all three of Holmes’ samples were negative.
